At Fieldstone Farm we like to stick with what we know best -- Hunters, Equitation, and Dressage Horses/Ponies for Juniors & Adult Amateurs.  We use the tried & true methodology of simple correct riding to bring the horses along with a strong emphasis on the basic principles of straight & forward.  We don't feel it is necessary or in the horses best interest to use excessive tack or drugs.  Please check our references and see what others have to say about us.

If you are buying, you can feel confident that we know everything about each horse we sell and are focused only on selling you the right horse, not just any horse. Every horse that comes to us will be ridden by its intended potential buyer type and not schooled exclusively by a trainer. This ensures that when you buy from us, you are buying a horse that is doing the job that you need him to do TODAY and minimizes the chances of an unsuitable match.

We are confident that our program will earn your trust & make selling your horse as simple as possible.  Every horse that comes to Fieldstone Farm is attended to with the  same careful attention to detail that our own horses are.  Every effort is made to bring out the best attributes that each horse possesses.  Every horse is appreciated as an individual and as a gift from nature.

Fieldstone Farm can provide what you may be missing in your management or training program.  All of our care services are available "a la carte".  You may ask to have your horse evaluated physically (balance, saddle fit, nutrition) or haul in for shoeing by our skilled farrier, Laura Winston-Miller of Hoof & Shoe or for a trim with our barefoot specialist Gayle Dauverd.  You can reap the benefits of what we have developed without having to "re-invent the wheel".
