It’s Teacher Tuesday and today we highlight Don, one of our amazing carriage driving instructors. Don first came to Fieldstone with his wife as volunteers 25 years ago. He enjoyed the horses and the community so much that he worked to become a certified driving instructor and has continued in that role for more than 20 years. Don is now retired after a long career managing and developing affordable housing for low-income families, seniors and people with disabilities. He loves seeing his students accomplish goals while carriage driving and enjoys all the friends he has made at the farm. When Don is not at Fieldstone, he loves to read and sail. A big thank you to Don for all his years of service to Fieldstone and our students and families. ... See MoreSee Less

Hip hip hurray for Don! Spending Monday nights with Don, his students, carriage horses and volunteers was the highlight of my years in Cleveland.

Well, I can say first hand Don loves his time at the farm and teaching his students.

It's so nice to see you get recognized. I'm proud to be your SIL.

Thanks Don! What you do is very much appreciated!!! 🐴
