It is Teacher Tuesday and today we highlight one of our newest instructors, Kim Zemba, who is no stranger to Fieldstone. Her daughter used to ride here and Kim was also a volunteer. Kim is very experienced working with children with mental health diagnoses, and even traveled to schools with her trained therapy dog. Kim has always loved horses from the time she was a child and started riding at age 13. She has competed in hunters, eventing and dressage. Her horse, Odin, is a14-year old registered Gypsy Vanner gelding and she has had him since he was 14 months old. He is quite versatile and in addition to competing, they enjoy trail riding and even cow penning. She strongly believes in the therapeutic power of horses – and loves witnessing how they change the lives of her students. Thanks Kim! Great to have you on the team. Kim is pictured here with our therapy horse Blue. For more about Blue, go to our website www.fieldstonefarm.org/ourhorses/blue/ ... See MoreSee Less
