Information Fieldstone Collects and How We Use It

  • Your Contact Information is maintained for our records. Contact information may include your name, address, phone number, email address, employer/company/organization name, job title, spouse name, other identifying information, volunteer time records, student diagnoses, and donation history, as well as other information that may be important to note.
  • Fieldstone Farm collects information that is often used for reporting that is required in grant applications and the annual report.

Personal Information We Share

  • We do not disclose your personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy or as we disclose to you at the time the data is collected.
  • Payment Processing: Fieldstone uses third parties to provide credit cards, bank, payment and information processing service. If you choose to make a payment online, by phone, through the mail, or by other means, we will share information necessary to process payments or donations. We authorize these service providers to use your information only as necessary to perform services the providers are contracted for to safeguard the privacy and security of personal information they process on our behalf. Donor credit card information, and credit card payments are routed through payment card industry compliant third party payment services and data is not stored by Fieldstone Farm.  Credit card information for lesson payments is stored on site in a locked cabinet and office.
  • Employees, Volunteers and vendors are required to sign a confidentiality agreement in order to protect your information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and they are required not to use the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Fieldstone.
  • Donor List Sharing. Fieldstone Farm does not share or sell contact information.

You have the right to have your mailings and correspondences blocked, if desired. To exercise this right, please contact us as set forth below.

Information Security

We are committed to implementing ongoing security measures to ensure the privacy of your personal information and to having established safeguards to help protect such information. For example, to protect your privacy, Fieldstone uses passwords to help verify authorized user identity before granting access anywhere that your personal information is stored. All online monetary transactions are completed through a secure server. This means that information entered on the transaction page is encrypted before transmission. Though we strive to ensure the security of your information on our systems, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Fieldstone Farm does not sell, rent, trade or share its donor list with any other organization, nor does it send out mailings on behalf of other organizations.

Fieldstone Farm does not maintain credit card information after entering the transaction. Documents are destroyed.

Fieldstone Farm will discontinue or change the method used to contact any person upon that person’s oral or written request directed to the organization.
