Chefs Unbridled

Our chef lineup for our annual fundraiser, Chefs Unbridled is set! Chefs slated to showcase their talents include including our lead Chef Chris Hodgson of Driftwood Restaurants and Catering in Lander area Cibreo, The Republic, Welshfield Inn and several more, are:

  • Chef Brad Race with The Last Page in Cleveland/Orange
  • Chef Ian Thompson
  • Chef Rusty Phillips from The Pompadour in Fairport Harbour
  • Chef Mike Schoen with Eugene's in Chagrin Falls
  • Chef from Hook and Hoof in Willoughby
  • Chef Marielis Navarro with Tumbao 58 (Venezuelan Food) in CLE

The event is now sold out but we are currently accepting names on a waiting list. Please email Ashley at ahealy@fieldstonefarm.org if you would like to be on the waiting list.

The annual event at the picturesque Chagrin Valley Hunt Club Polo Field in Gates Mills is recognized as one of the top benefits of the region and all proceeds support Fieldstone Farm programs.

Tickets for our bourbon and tequila raffle are still available and you do not need to be present to win. See form to right (computers) and below (phones). We will post a picture of the bourbon and tequila raffle package in August.

Situated under the stars and a magnificent glowing tent, guests will also enjoy cocktails, a wine pull, a bourbon and tequila raffle, live music, carriage rides around Gates Mills Village and a visit from some of Fieldstone Farm’s horses.

6:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.

  • Chefs Stations, Desserts and Coffee Cart Stations, Carriage Rides

8:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

  • Program Video, Bourbon Raffle Drawing
  • Chefs Dinner Live Auction (Bid on your chance to win a five-course customized dinner for up to 20 guests in your home, donated and prepared by our lead chef Chris Hodgson. Chris is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and pioneered Cleveland’s food truck culture. Today Chris is President of Driftwood Restaurants and Caterings. Ohio’s premier restaurant and catering group, with locations that include: Landerhaven, Bin 216, Cibreo Italian Kitchen, Green Rooster Farms, Republic Food and Drink and the Welshfield Inn.)
